RITZ CRACKER PIE | |
20 Ritz crackers 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. chopped pecans 3 egg whites 1 c. sugar Sweetened whipped cream Crush crackers to fine crumbs. Put egg whites, vanilla, baking powder, and sugar into a large bowl and beat until stiff. Then add pecans and crushed crackers. Stir gently with spoon to mix. Pour into greased pie pan and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Let cool. Cover with whipped cream. (Only bake 30 minutes). |
