1 pt. strawberries, thickly sliced
1 bunch fresh spinach, torn in bite-size pieces
1/2 red onion, thickly sliced

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. white vinegar or 1 tbsp. lemon juice & 1 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. poppy seed

Toss strawberries, spinach and onion in bowl. Blend together dressing ingredients and add to salad. Serve immediately. Yield 4-6 servings.
