BOURBON BALLS 
2 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers
1/4 c. bourbon
1 (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk

Combine crumbs and bourbon. Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Add milk to melted chocolate and stir just to blend. Gradually stir chocolate mixture into crumbs. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in finely chopped nuts. Let stand until cool. Cookies develop more flavor as they stand in an air tight container.
