SQUASH OR PUMPKIN MUFFINS 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. squash or pumpkin, pureed

Cream sugar, oil, add egg, milk. Add dry ingredients sifted. Add squash or pumpkin. Mix all together. Bake 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Yield 12 muffins.
