NIKKI'S DENVER BISCUITS 
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. shortening
2 eggs
1/4 c. water
7 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast
1 tbsp. sugar

Heat in saucepan and cool to lukewarm 2 cups milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons shortening and 2 teaspoon salt.

Add 2 slightly beaten eggs to above in large mixing bowl. Add 2 packages yeast which has been dissolved in 1/4 cup water and 1 tablespoon sugar. Beat in 4 cups flour with mixer. Add by hand 3 cups flour, knead dough and make into rolls at once or refrigerate until needed. Let rise until double in bulk. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes or until browned.
