THREE BEAN MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD | |
1 (1 lb.) can cut green beans, drained 1 (1 lb.) can wax beans, drained 1 (1 lb.) can red kidney beans, drained 1 sm. can mandarin orange slices, drained 1/2 c. chopped green pepper (opt.) 1/2 c. sliced red onion 1/2 c. salad oil 1/2 c. cider vinegar 1/3 c. sugar Combine beans, orange slices, and optional peppers and onions if desired, in large bowl. Combine salad oil, vinegar and sugar; pour over bean mixture and toss. Cover; refrigerate at least 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with slotted spoon. |
