WHOLE WHEAT BANANA BREAD 
4 ripe bananas
2/3 c. honey
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts

Mash bananas; add honey and beaten eggs. Combine dry ingredients (except walnuts); add to banana mixture; mix well. Stir in walnuts. Pour into greased loaf pan; bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 1 hour. Test with toothpick.
