B.B.Q. SALMON 
Salmon--Leave skin on fish!
Mayonnaise
Seasonings

Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on meat of fish.

Season fish with salt, pepper, garlic salt, lemon pepper, lemon juice, and dill.

*Mayo side down* place on BBQ over very hot coals. Make sure fish is close enough to coals to sear fish.

Cook until fish is well seared (5-10 minutes) flip fish to skin side down and continue to BBQ 2-5 minutes.

This works very well if you use a BBQ screen, if not, make sure that grill is clean, and oiled before placing fish on BBQ.

Serves 6.
