HAMBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Potato Buds (8 servings)
1 tsp. minced onion
1/4 c. catsup
1 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat, 1 1/3 cups of instant potatoes (dry), egg, salt, pepper, onion, catsup and milk. Spread in ungreased pie pan (9"). Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes.

Prepare remaining instant potatoes as directed on package for 4 servings. Top the meat loaf with mashed potatoes; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 3 to 4 minutes longer until cheese melts.
