PUFFY CORNED BEEF SANDWICHES 
1 (12 oz.) can corn beef, chilled
6 slices buttered toasted bread
1/4 c. piccalilli
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. mayonnaise

Cut corned beef into 6 uniform slices. Arrange 1 slice of corned beef on each slice of bread. Blend piccalilli, cheese, and mayonnaise; spread on meat slices. Broil until cheese puffs. Serve hot. Serves 6.
