1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Combine all ingredients in blender and heat 30 seconds or place in bowl and mix with mixer for 1 minute. Pour into greased 9" pie plate. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until knife blade inserted in center of pie comes out clean. Cool and serve.
