BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. chopped broccoli
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated cheddar or Colby cheese
1 egg

Cook broccoli in salted water. Combine all remaining ingredients. Place drained broccoli in greased dish. Pour sauce over and top with buttered crumbs.

Bake at 350°F until brown and bubbly.
