CURRANT TARTS 
1 c. currants (or raisins)
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix all ingredients except butter well. Then pour melted butter in and beat well again. Fill prepared pastry shells, that have been placed in small muffin or tart pan, 3/4 full. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 15-25 minutes. Makes about 20 tarts.
