WHITE BEAN SOUP 
Ham hock
1 1/2 lb. white (Navy) beans
1 can (14 oz.) whole tomatoes
1 can (14 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 can (10 oz.) Rotel tomatoes and chilies

Parboil ham hock by simmering one hour. Meanwhile, soak beans in water and then wash and drain. Add beans to ham hock in large pot. Cut up and add whole tomatoes, then add stewed tomatoes and Rotel tomatoes and chilies. Simmer until beans are tender.
