CRANBERRY CHUTNEY 
1 lb. bag cranberries
1 c. raisins
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. water
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1 lg. apple, peeled, cored & chopped

Combine cranberries, raisins, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and water in a large, heavy sauce pan. Cook 15 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook 15 minutes longer, or until thick. Cool and pack into jars and refrigerate.
