1 1/3 c. water
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. potatoes, sweet
1 1/2 c. self rising flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Nuts, many as desired

Mix sugar, potatoes, eggs, flour, spices, oil, and water. Beat well. Add nuts. Bake in greased loaf pan 1 hour at 350 degrees.
