STRAWBERRY COBBLER 
2 c. white flour
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
16 tbsp. butter, melted
2 eggs
1/3 c. tapioca

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar into medium sized bowl. Add eggs, milk, melted butter. Mix well and pour over the following fruit mixture. Batter will be thin.

Prepare 12 cups whole strawberries with 3/4 cup sugar and place into baking dish. Pour batter over top and bake. Bake 35-45 minutes at 375 degrees (350 degrees for glass) in an oblong cake pan. Serve cake side up and add whipping cream, ice cream, or plain cream to suit family taste.
