CITRUS - GREENS SALAD 
2 med. oranges
1/2 c. plain yogurt
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 head iceberg lettuce, cut into 4 wedges

Finely shred enough orange peel to measure 1/4 teaspoon; set aside. Working over a small bowl, peel and section oranges, reserving orange juice.

For dressing: In a small bowl stir together orange peel, reserved orange juice, yogurt and sugar. Place a lettuce wedge on each salad plate; arrange orange sections on top. Spoon dressing atop salads. Makes 4 servings.
