SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 1/2-2 lb. chopped meat
Garlic powder
1 egg
2 tbsp. ketchup
1/3 c. uncooked rice
Or any mixture you like

SAUCE:

2 (16 oz.) tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) sauerkraut
1/2 c. brown sugar

Prepare meat mixture and form meatballs. Line tomato sauce, sauerkraut and brown sugar on bottom of pan. Place meatballs on top. Cover the pan tightly and bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
