SESAME ROLLS 
1 (16 oz.) loaf thin sliced sandwich bread
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. chopped chives
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. sesame seeds, toasted

Trim crust from bread; flatten each slice, using a rolling pin. Combine cream cheese and chives. Spread mixture evenly on bread; roll up into a log. Brush log with butter, and roll in sesame seeds. Place seam side down on a baking sheet; cover and chill. Slice into 3 pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Yield: 5 dozen (may be frozen before baking. Place frozen rolls on ungreased sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes).
