1 box XXXX sugar
1 stick butter
8 oz. soft cream cheese

Mix above ingredients and spread over crusts.

2nd Layer: 1 package Heath chips.

3rd Layer: 2 small packages chocolate pudding instant made according to directions on box for pie.

4th Layer: 12 ounce tub Cool Whip

5th Layer: 1 package Heath chips

Chill, cut into serving sizes and serve.
