SOUTHWESTERN DIP 
1 loaf round bread (rye, pumpernickel, sour dough, etc.)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. salsa sauce
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. With hand mixer, beat cream cheese, sour cream and salsa until smooth. Add shredded Cheddar cheese. Cut off top of bread and set aside, then hollow out the bread and set aside.

Pour dip into the hollow bread and put the top back on. Wrap the bread in tin foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with bread pieces, crackers, tortilla chips or vegetables.
