LIGHT PUMPERNICKEL BREAD 
1 1/2 tsp yeast
1 cup rye flour
2 1/2 cup bread flour
1/3 cup cornmeal, degermed
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp molasses
1 1/2 tbsp oil
300 cc water

Place ingredients into bread maker in order given or as directed in your user's manual. Select appropriate cycle and crust color and press start.
