SUPER STIR - FRY 
3 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. season all
1/2 tsp. garlic (chopped or crushed)

1 lb. skinned boneless chicken (cut in thin strips)
1 lg. carrot (cut thin)
1 bell pepper (cut thin)
1/8 tsp. cayenne
1/8 tsp. ginger

1 red pepper (cut thin)
Snow peas, optional
Water chestnuts, optional
Zucchini, optional
Mushrooms (add while cooking)

Marinade chicken and vegetables for at least 1 hour. Saute chicken, vegetables and marinade in hot skillet or wok until chicken is done and vegetables tender crisp. Serve with rice or noodles. Or try tossed with a package of vermicelli!
