S.'S HAVEN CORNBREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. oat flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. molasses or maple syrup (optional)
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter

Sift dry ingredients into meal. Beat eggs slightly, add milk and butter. Combine with dry ingredients, stirring only until moist. Pour into greased 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

For muffins pour into well greased muffin pan; bake for 15-20 minutes, makes 12.
