CHICKEN MUSHROOM DELIGHT 
3-4 lb. cut up chicken
5-6 cloves fresh garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
10-16 oz. fresh cut up mushrooms
4-5 potatoes, sliced in half with skin on

Skin chicken and arrange in roasting pan. Slice garlic on top. Salt and pepper chicken. Add mushrooms. Add cream of mushroom soup. Add potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees 2 hours. Baste chicken every hour.
