EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. dried onion soup
1 1/2 soup cans milk
1 lg. fryer, cut into serving pieces

Mix rice soups and milk together in 3-quart casserole dish. Put the chicken on top, skin side down. Place it in a 250 degree oven uncovered. Bake 3 hours. Turn the chicken once. Can be made ahead and refrigerated.
