HONG KONG BEANS 
2 pkgs. frozen beans

Cook in salt water until tender. Drain.

Add: 1 (4 oz.) mushrooms, sliced, drained 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. flour 2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1 c. chow mein noodles

Combine the beans and chestnuts and mushrooms together in saucepan. Melt butter and flour in saucepan, add milk like paste. Cook until thick and smooth, add salt and add vegetables. Put in 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees 25 minutes.
