CHICKEN DIVAN 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Remove skin from chicken breasts and bake or boil. Cut into pieces. Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain. Arrange broccoli in a greased 7 x 11 casserole dish, place chicken over broccoli. Combine mayonnaise, soup, lemon juice and curry powder, pour over chicken, sprinkle with cheese. Mix bread crumbs and butter, sprinkle over cheese.

Bake 25 minutes in 350°F oven. 8 servings.
