CRAB SOUFFLE SPREAD | |
1 (6 oz.) can crab meat, drained & flaked 1 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's) 1 egg, beaten 1 1/2 tbsp. drained capers 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard 1/4 tsp. hot sauce 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese Combine all ingredients except cheese. Mix well. Spoon into a 1 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 5 minutes. Serve with assorted crackers. Makes 2 cups. |
