CRANBERRY PUMPKIN BREAD 
2 slightly beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. pumpkin
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped cranberries

Combine first four ingredients; mix well. Combine flour, pie spice, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Add pumpkin mixture, stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in cranberries.

Spoon batter into two greased and floured 8 x 3 3/4 x 2 1/2 inch aluminum foil pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
