GATEAU AU CHOCOLAT 
1/2 lb. chocolate (1/2 sweet)
1/2 lb. sugar
6 eggs
4 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. milk

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Melt chocolate with milk. Add sugar, yellow eggs and flour. Stir well. Beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks and fold them into the mixture. Pour the mixture into a buttered dish and bake for 25 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
