1 pkg. Ramen type noodles, broken uncooked 1 cabbage, finely chopped 1 chicken breast, chopped, can use leftovers 1 pkg. frozen peas Sliced almonds Sunflower seeds, Sesame seeds DRESSING: Seasoning packet 1/3 c. sugar 2/3 c. oil 6 tbsp. vinegar Salt, pepper, MSG Mix salad ingredients, reserving seasoning packet for dressing. Mix dressing and add to salad. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours until noodles are soft. Luckys Lady Lee makes a chicken sesame noodle that is good with chicken. Can add 1/2 salad oil and 1/2 sesame oil. Use pork noodles with left over pork. Use shrimp flavored noodles with leftover or canned shrimp. |
