CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. apple juice concentrate
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. low fat dry milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. Grape Nuts

Heat raisins and apple juice concentrate in a saucepan. Boil about 2 minutes. Pour raisins in a blender and puree. Mix raisin puree and remainder of ingredients in a bowl. If dry add a few drops of water. Let children held you shape the mixture into small balls. Great to eat as is or even better if refrigerated overnight.
