CHOCOLATE FUDGE PIE 
1 whole egg
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
Pinch of salt
1 baked pie crust

Sift all dry ingredients; slowly add milk and slightly beaten eggs. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add butter and vanilla. Cool. Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue.
