CITRUS AND BASIL GRILLED CHICKEN 
Chicken (any combination of pieces, about 18)
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. lime juice
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. dried basil or 2-3 tbsp. fresh, chopped
1 tbsp. Tabasco
1/2 c. soy sauce
Freshly ground pepper

Combine all ingredients with chicken and marinate overnight in plastic bag. Smoke on covered grill (with coals on one side of grill and chicken on other) for approximately 45 minutes. Bring in and place into plastic bag for 5 minutes and serve with juices from bag.
