MOCK TURKEY CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
2 (10 oz. ea.) cans cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
3 soup cans milk
1 (16 oz.) bag croutons

Preheat oven to 350°F

Brown ground beef, then drain.

Meanwhile, in large mixing bowl, combine soups, milk, and croutons. After meat is browned, add to soup and crouton mixture. Mix well.

Butter the bottom and sides of 13x9-inch baking dish then add meat mixture and dot butter on the top.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Serves 6 to 8.
