1/2 c. milk
2 c. white sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. quick oats

Combine all ingredients except oatmeal in a saucepan. Boil for 2 minutes after mixture starts to boil. Remove from heat and add oatmeal. Stir quickly and well. (Mixture sets up fast.) Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a piece of wax paper. Makes 2 to 3 dozen.
