QUICK TORTELLINI SALAD 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. dry cheese tortellini
2 c. broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
1/2 c. Ranchers choice creamy dressing (Ranch dressing)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese (1 oz.)
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

Cook pasta according to package directions. Place frozen vegetables in colander; drain pasta over vegetables. Toss pasta and vegetables together with dressing, cheese, and seasonings. Cover; refrigerate. Makes 4-6 servings. Prep time: 30 minutes plus chilling.
