CHICKEN AND WALNUTS 
1 chicken or 3 chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Chinese spice "BaKo" anise Star may be added

Cut chicken in small pieces. Brown lightly. Simmer in water. Add salt, soy sauce, walnuts, and ginger. Cook a few minutes longer. Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings.
