JAVANESE ICED COFFEE 
4 c. strong, hot coffee, set aside
3 c. milk, half evaporated (may use skim evaporated)
2 cinnamon sticks
Fresh ground nutmeg

Cook over low heat (do not boil) for 1/2 to 1 hour. Strain spices out of milk. Stir coffee into milk mixture. Just before serving, if desired, add a little light cream. Chill before serving.
