WAFFLES 
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, separated
1/4 c. corn oil
2 c. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder

In medium bowl, beat milk, egg yolks, and oil. In another bowl combine flour and baking powder. Combine liquid and dry ingredients; set aside. In large bowl with mixer at high speed, beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Gently fold beaten whites into batter. Heat waffle iron as manufacturer directs. Lightly grease iron. Spoon batter onto waffle iron; bake waffles 3-5 minutes. Makes 6-8 waffles.
