AMBROSIA SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 pt. sour cream
1 can pineapple chunks
1 lg. can fruit cocktail
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 can mandarin oranges
Coconut (opt.)

Blend sour cream and miniature marshmallows. Let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Then blend all ingredients together and let it sit in refrigerator overnight. Don't have to stand overnight but overnight is best. (Add coconut if wanted, optional.)
