KEY LIME PIE | |
1 can condensed milk 4 egg yolks 1/2 c. lime juice 1 egg white 3 egg whites 6 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar Mix milk, egg yolks and lime juice. Beat 1 egg white until stiff and fold into above mixture. Pour into baked pie shell. For meringue, beat 3 egg whites until fluffy. Gradually add sugar and cream of tartar. Cover pie with meringue and bake until golden brown at 350 degrees. |
