ADRIENNE'S DELIGHT | |
4 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin 1/4 c. cold water 1/2 c. golden raisins 1 c. sliced almonds Grated rind of 2 lemons Saltines pears Apples Bananas Soften cream cheese, butter and sour cream to room temperature. Cream and mix well. Mix in sugar. Soften and dissolve unflavored gelatin and cold water over hot water. Stir into cream cheese mixture. Stir in raisins, almonds and lemon rind. Set 2 hours or more in 1 quart mold. Can freeze after unmolding. Serve with saltines and fresh fruit such as pears, apples and bananas. |
