FANCY CHICKEN EN CROCHET 
1 pkg. Puff pastry squares (8 sq. = 15 oz.)
8 sm. chicken cutlets
8 slices pastrami
1 egg, beaten
Sesame seeds

Roll chicken cutlet around one slice of pastrami. Stretch pastry square slightly. Place chicken breast in center and pull up two opposite sides overlapping the dough and seal. Pull up remaining two sides and overlap, concealing previous seal. Repeat with remaining 7 pieces of dough and chicken. Place seam side down on cookie sheet. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Serves 8.
