SOUR CREAM CABBAGE 
1 firm cabbage
1 egg, well beaten
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. caraway seed
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Chop cabbage, stir until tender, about 20 minutes. Transfer cabbage to saucepan. Combine remaining ingredients and stir into cabbage. Heat thoroughly over low heat. Serve immediately. Serves 6 to 8.
