HOLIDAY OMELET | |
1 lb. cooked sausage 6 to 8 slices bread 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 dozen eggs 1 c. milk Salt and pepper Line 9 x 13 inch greased pan with bread with crust removed. Sprinkle meat over bread. Next, sprinkle with shredded cheese. Beat 12 eggs; add milk and salt and pepper to taste. Pour over cheese. Cover; refrigerate 12 hours or overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Serves 12 people. |
