OATMEAL SCOTCHIES 
1 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 tbsp. water
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. quick oats
1 pkg. butterscotch morsels
1/2 tsp. orange extract

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter, sugar, eggs and water. Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Blend with butter mixture. Mix in oats, butterscotch morsels and orange extract. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
