OVERNIGHT CASSEROLE 
2 c. uncooked macaroni
3 c. cooked chicken or turkey
2 cans (14 oz.) chicken broth
1 c. diced mild flavored cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. can diced pimiento
1 (5 oz.) can thinly sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 (4 oz.) can drained mushrooms

In a 9x13 pan, mix in order given cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover last 10 minutes. Can crumble potato chips on top last few minutes.
